Biography
He holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of Porto and is currently in charge of the Kaizen Institute’s Digital Transformation consultancy unit. He specializes in Operations Management and Lean Manufacturing, with a focus on Industry 4.0 and experience across sectors such as Industry, Health, Retail, Public Sector and Services.
