Biography
He began his career in commercial roles in various companies. In 1991 he was appointed Managing Director of UNISYS PORTUGAL and was responsible for Iberia and Southern Europe in this business group. Between 2000 and 2005 he was CEO of ONI. Between 2001 and 2005 he was also Chairman of the Board of Comunitel Spain. Since 2006 he has been a non-executive director of INAPA and a member of the Advisory Board of ORACLE Ibérica. In July 2006, he founded MY CHANGE. He is a mentor and organizer of the Green Festival and co-organizer of the Forum Expresso XXI. He has extensive experience in business management and implementing change processes. He has a degree in Business Organization and Management from the Instituto Superior das Ciências do Trabalho e Empresa (ISCTE). He is certified in coaching by the ICF (International Coach Federation). He has taken several courses in Strategic Planning, Business Management and Information Systems in the United States, France, Portugal, Spain, Germany and England, namely at INSEAD and Wharton Business School.
