Biography
Graduated in Management from FEP.UP (1994). ERASMUS scholarship holder at the University of Wales, Swansea, UK (1993). Completed, with distinction, a Master’s Degree (MSc) in Finance at the London Business School (1998). He is currently a Partner at Yoda Partners, a corporate finance boutique. He was a Director and CEO of Change Partners, a Portuguese venture capital company, and was a member of the Board of Directors of several subsidiaries. From 1994 to 2000 he was an employee of the BPI Group, where he worked in the corporate banking and private equity areas. He has also developed his own business activity, having co-founded a number of companies in the retail sector. He currently teaches at FEP, FEUP and PBS. His academic interests focus on family business management, family offices, alternative assets and capital markets. He is a board member of Invicta Angels, the Porto Business Angels association.
