Biography
Pedro Vieira e Moreira is Chief Innovation Officer at Navia Solutions, where he leads innovation strategies, business model development, and cross-functional project management in digital infrastructure solutions. With a career spanning over two decades, he has held leadership roles in IT and innovation since 2015, earning national and international recognition for sustainable and disruptive urban infrastructure projects, notably at Águas e Energia do Porto.
His experience also includes roles at Farfetch in automation, ERP, and product management, and earlier contributions to the construction sector through Mota-Engil and Gabriel Couto, managing public works and urban rehabilitation projects in Portugal and abroad.
An active guest lecturer in Project Management since 2015, he bridges professional practice with higher education in engineering and management. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering (FEUP), a master’s from the University of Minho, and an executive diploma in Business Leadership from AESE/IESE. He is also the inventor of a patented method for sustainable road pavement recycling.
