Biography
Raquel Sampaio is Co-founder and Executive Director of the association Direito Mental. She has been a lawyer for over 17 years and holds an LL.M from the University of Nottingham. She is also completing a master’s degree in Innovation at Nova SBE. She specializes in regulation, primarily in the areas of energy and the environment. She has worked in East Timor, NYC and Mozambique. More recently, she has been working in the areas of Social Impact and Sustainability.
