Biography
I’m an open-minded person, for whom the low intensity of living life and accepting practices because “it’s what we’ve always done here” – isn’t working. I act according to my values, which are “honesty, intensity and freedom of choice”. I am goal-oriented, with a strong focus on driving change for the better. I feel good when I work with others and try to let others shine to the extent that their talents and motivation drive them. My professional experience has been in the fields of HR, learning, change and business development. My strength is the balance between “being creative” on the one hand and “getting practical results” on the other. Over the years, I have specialized in designing and implementing interventions in the fields of leadership, change, culture and improvement/transformation in the public and private sectors.
