Biography
After completing her degree in Psychology and her PhD in Experimental Psychology and Cognitive Sciences, Rita decided it was time to leave the lab and venture into the world. She joined Thinking Big, a company specializing in training programs on Positive Psychology, as a researcher in 2013. In 2015, she took on the role of HR manager at Inditex Portugal, where she managed over 20 teams across the country for nearly four years.
Currently, Rita focuses on cultural transformation programs and projects, leading the Branding & Culture business unit at With Company. She firmly believes that everyone should have the opportunity to work in a positive, constructive environment.
