Biography
Rosário Moreira is an academic leader, executive education specialist, and non-executive board member with extensive experience in higher education, governance, and professional development.
She is Director of the Global Online MBA at Porto Business School and Professor at both PBS and the Faculty of Economics of the University of Porto.
Her professional activity includes executive education, consulting, and tailored training for organisations and professionals from different sectors. In these contexts, she has worked on topics such as international operations, project management, and leadership in complex environments, with experience involving organisations such as Porto Municipality and private companies in different sectors, and, more recently, initiatives connected to health systems and institutional development in collaboration with WHO and ACSS.
She is a researcher at INESC TEC and serves as a non-executive board member of FC Porto SAD and a member of the Board of Advisors of APCER. Her work combines academic rigor, executive development, and governance, with a strong focus on responsible leadership, critical thinking, sustainable decision-making, and institutional strengthening.
She holds a PhD from University of Porto.
