Biography
Graduated in Civil Engineering (1983), Master in Building Construction (1989) and PhD in Civil Engineering (2003) from the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto. Research grant holder for the “Building Maintenance Managemnet” project at New West University – now UWE – 1989-1994. Assistant Professor at FEUP
