Biography
Specialist in Corporate Finance, Project Finance, and Strategy Execution. Earned a Bachelor’s degree in Management (1994) and an MSc in Business Administration – Finance (2004), both from FEP – the Faculty of Economics at the University of Porto. Completed the M&A Program at the London Business School.
He is a visiting lecturer at FEUP – the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Porto – and at PBS – Porto Business School. He teaches courses in Corporate Finance, Project Finance, Public-Private Partnerships, Investment Analysis, Strategy, and Management Control Systems at both undergraduate and executive education levels, including MBAs. At Porto Business School, he has also contributed to training consulting projects in strategic analysis/implementation and organizational restructuring (aligning strategy with macro-organizational structure).
Currently, he serves as Managing Partner of EFIKI PARTNERS, where he leads technical and consulting projects in Corporate Finance (Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Valuations, and Financial Planning) as well as in Project Finance (Concessions and Public-Private Partnerships).
