Biography
Professional with 25 years of experience in asset management (private equity), corporate finance, strategic development, consultancy, and teaching. Led multiple investment processes in private equity and held board-level positions across diverse sectors.
Currently serves in executive management roles at a Portuguese conglomerate, provides financial and M&A consultancy, is a non-executive director of a national hotel chain, and lectures in executive education.
Holds a Degree in Business Management (Universidade Portucalense), a Postgraduate degree from Porto Business School, a Degree in Accounting (ISCAP), and is a Certified European Financial Analyst (CEFA) and member of the Portuguese Association of Financial Analysts.
