Biografia
A visiting lecturer at Porto Business School, she is a certified coach, behavioral trainer, and human resources consultant. With a degree in Psychology from the University of Porto (1991), she has built her career around supporting people’s professional development within organizational contexts and implementing various HR tools aligned with business strategy. Her professional journey began in 1991 as a Human Resources Manager at Yazaki Saltano Portugal in Ovar.
She has taught Consumer Psychology at IPAM, Communication at the School of Biotechnology (Catholic University), and HR courses in Brazil at IPAM’s partner institutions. As a consultant, she specializes in areas such as Assessments, Career Management, Recruitment and Selection, and Performance Appraisal. As a trainer, her expertise lies in behavioral skills development, offering programs on Communication, Leadership, Motivation, Group Dynamics, Emotional Intelligence, Customer Service, and Time Management.
