Biography
Susana Allen Rocha holds a degree in Psychology from FPCEUP and is a Senior Consultant at MBA – Consultores, specializing in Human Resources and with a background in Management Consulting. With over 28 years of professional experience, she is highly skilled in areas such as Negotiation, Human Capital Management, Business Planning, HR Consulting, and Coaching. Susana is a Certified Master Coach through The Behavioural Coaching Institute, accredited by the ICC.
Her extensive expertise includes coordinating and implementing HR consulting projects, such as HR Diagnostics, Organizational Development Programs, HR Policy Design and Implementation, restructuring HR processes and procedures, Coaching Programs, Performance Management System Design and Implementation, Internal Communication Systems, and Compensation Systems. Additionally, she has 25 years of experience in Recruitment and Selection processes, as well as Competency Assessment.
As a coach, Susana works in the Coaching for Performance and Coaching for Skills programs, focusing primarily on Communication and Leadership.
