Biography
A licensed pharmacist with a degree from the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Porto, she quickly recognized the critical role that personal image plays in both personal and professional contexts. She observed how self-image, interpersonal relationships, and responses to life’s various challenges are influenced by personal presentation. Through her experience as a pharmacist, particularly in dermocosmetics, she discovered the transformative power of applying the right tools to enhance one’s image.
Driven by this awareness, she expanded her expertise in personal image consulting by training with international authorities, including the renowned Brazilian consultant Bia Kawasaki. She became a certified Personal and Corporate Image Consultant through the Looking Academy, earning the top student distinction in her class. Her career has also involved coordinating fashion-related events, such as the “Portuguese Language Fashion Meeting,” the “MyStyle” course, and the “Professional Training Course in Female Image Consulting.” As a guest speaker, she has delivered talks on image-related topics for academic institutions like AESE (Women Leaders Forum) and EGP, as well as for companies such as Life Training.
Through her brand Trends In a Bottle, she began offering personal image consulting services, helping individuals enhance their professional presence. She also collaborates with Well Domus and the Alphamoment store. A passionate communicator, she holds a certified teaching qualification (CAP) and shares her insights on her blog, trendsinabottle.com.
