Biography
Teresa Carvalho has built her career in the fields of food innovation and community nutrition and currently serves as Coordinator of the Knowledge Division at PortugalFoods. Previously, she held the role of technical advisor and nutritionist at the Portuguese Nutrition Association (APN). She holds a degree in Nutritional Sciences and a master’s degree in Biotechnology and Innovation from the Portuguese Catholic University’s School of Biotechnology (ESB-UCP). She also completed a postgraduate program in Pediatric Nutrition at the same institution.
