Biography
She began her professional career in 2000 as a researcher in deviant behavior and urban security systems, and later served as the Director of the “Cidade das Profissões,” a consulting service focused on employability and entrepreneurship promoted by the Porto City Council, from 2008 to 2015. From 2016 to 2022, she worked as a consultant specializing in workplace and corporate environments, aiming to develop organizations that are more focused, flexible, and people-centered. Currently, she holds the role of Senior People Specialist at WIT Software (UPTEC), where she is responsible for internal communication, culture, and employee experience. She holds a degree in Psychology, a postgraduate degree in Criminology from the University of Porto, and a postgraduate degree in Marketing Management from IPAM – The Portuguese Institute of Marketing Management. Additionally, she completed professional training in Interior Design from the Lisbon School of Design and executive training in Facility Management from Porto Business School.
