Biography
Tiago Craveiro is a Director of Platform and Engineering at Maersk, product executive, and startup co-founder with experience in digital platforms, e-commerce logistics, healthcare technology, and AI-enabled product development. His areas of expertise include digital product strategy, platform scalability, product-led transformation, logistics technology, customer experience, and the development of high-performing product and engineering teams.
He co-founded HUUB and iterar.co, applying product-driven methodologies to logistics and healthcare challenges. As CPO at HUUB, he scaled the product organization and helped build an AI-enabled logistics platform supporting more than 100 brands. Following the company’s acquisition by Maersk in 2021, he joined the organization to lead platform and engineering teams supporting global e-commerce logistics operations.
Today, he leads platform and engineering teams within Maersk’s e-commerce logistics technology division, covering customer onboarding, parcel journey experience, fulfilment, and data platforms. His work supports global customers and large-scale operations, including millions of parcels and billions of tracking events. In parallel, he is a Product advisor at KNOK Healthcare. He holds a Master in Industrial Engineering and Management from FEUP.
