Biography
Vanessa Loureiro is Vice President at Capgemini and a global executive with extensive international experience in business and digital transformation, operations, and strategic workforce management. Her areas of expertise include organizational transformation, operating model design, global operations, strategic workforce planning, digital transformation, and business strategy.
Throughout her career, she has led large-scale transformation initiatives, designed and implemented global operating models, and driven organizational change to improve operational performance, customer value, and business growth.
Before joining Capgemini in 2022, Vanessa served as Chief Operating Officer of Visteon Portuguesa, Executive Director of Efacec Power Solutions, and as a Non-Executive Director of EuroBic.
In addition to her executive responsibilities, Vanessa is actively involved in executive education, and thought leadership in the fields of strategy, organizational transformation, digitalization, and leadership.
She combines academic rigor with extensive executive experience, helping organizations translate strategic priorities into operational excellence and sustainable competitive advantage. She holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from ISCTE.
