Biography
Postgraduate in “Wine Culture and Science” from the Universidade Católica do Porto, collaborator in Master Classes at the Universidade Católica do Porto (Escola Superior de Biotecnologia), Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro, and the Universidad de La Rioja in Logroño, Spain. Co-author of wine industry books and the first Portuguese student of the prestigious Institute of Masters of Wine, as well as a former member of the UK’s Association of Wine Educators. Brings over 40 years of experience in the wine industry.
