Biography
A lecturer at Porto Business School, she is also an Assistant Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Porto, and an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Economics and Management, Portuguese Catholic University. Holding a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Faculty of Engineering, University of Porto, her doctoral research focused on Customer Relationship Management and Data Mining in the food retail sector. As a researcher and consultant, her expertise lies in data analytics, data mining, CRM, and analytical marketing. She has worked on numerous projects in collaboration with companies in sectors such as retail, e-commerce, and transportation. Additionally, she has published several articles in international journals.
