Biography
He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a specialisation in Production Management, as well as executive postgraduate training in Finance from the University of Porto. He has developed a leadership and executive management career across technology, innovation, smart cities, sustainability, people management and digital transformation.
With experience in the private, public and non-profit sectors, he has led complex, multidisciplinary teams and organisations, focusing on strategic development, organisational transformation and the implementation of digitally enabled operating models.
His background combines engineering rigour with extensive management and leadership experience, enabling him to design and execute initiatives that align technology, processes and people. He is particularly recognised for his ability to build cohesive, motivated and results-driven teams, while fostering positive, high-performance organisational cultures.
His experience is centred on transformation programmes, organisational development and change management in contexts that require strong alignment between strategy, execution and multiple stakeholders.
