Miguel Loureiro
Strategy and M&A professional. In the course of his career, Miguel has been engaged in different projects related with market entry, mergers and acquisitions, innovation and new business development.
He has worked for companies ranging from early stage start-ups to leading global organizations in Europe, Latin America and Africa, across a wide range of industries including Tourism, Hospitality and Leisure.
Before EY, he has worked as an investment banker for Espírito Santo Investment Bank and as a business advisor for PwC, Deloitte (Portugal) and Strategos (Brazil). He also collaborated as a mentor with Endeavor (Brazil and Uruguay), a non-profit management organization, focused in supporting high impact entrepreneurs in emerging markets.
Miguel holds a MBA from IE Business School (Spain), with exchange at Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College (USA), and a management degree from Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestão (Portugal) and Nottingham University Business School (United Kingdom)
