Susana Almeida Lopes
Susana Almeida Lopes received the Psychology degree from Coimbra University; the PhD in Organizational Psychology from Lisbon University; and post-graduations on Quantitative Methods from ISCTE, Strategic HR from Cornell University, Strategic Change Management and Sales Management from Kellogg School of Management.
SAL integrates the ADVANCE Research Center at ISEG, where she co-coordinates the HR Ahead Center. She teaches Change Management and coordinates a post-graduation on HR at ISEG/IDEFE.
She authored several papers and book chapters on AI applied to talent management. Her research and practice address neuroscience applied to talent management, in terms of unbiasing processes, and change management for successful implementation.
She is committed with diversity and inclusion: she coordinates the Gender Equality Forum at SHL, she is part of the Task Force of iGen, and she co-coordinates the ODS 5 Cluster at GRACE.
SAL is currently Managing Partner of SHL Portugal. Previously, she worked as OD Director at VdA and built a pioneering Corporate Academy.
She was awarded several times for talent management innovative projects and ranked among the most innovative individuals by Financial Times.
