Information Resources Centre

The chief mission of the Information Resources Centre (IRC) includes supporting students of courses taught by the Porto Business School, as well as faculty and non-teachers in their research projects, being also open to the entire corporate community.

It collects, organises, makes available and discloses information resources, either in print or electronic formats, which serve the learning and research needs of the Porto Business School community.

Thus, it emphasises acquiring online databases, a means whose ease of access, currentness and importance are a guarantee of the fulfilling of its activity’s main objective: having the latest and most qualified information available.

Its documental collection also includes some 6,000 monographs, around 100 master’s theses, periodical publications, business reports, among others, all freely available and organised by topics addressed, as part of the study programmes offered by the Porto Business School.
