José Maria Fernandes Pires. PhD in Law, Catholic University of Portugal, Bachelor of Philosophy (University of Coimbra) and Law (Catholic University - UCP). Tax Manager at the Tax and Customs Authority, where he has held several senior management positions and works at the Fiscal Studies Center. He led the Taxation of Heritage, Tax Justice and E-Invoice reforms. Professor of higher education, he is the author of several works on tax matters. He is also an Expert of the Fiscal Affairs Department of the International Monetary Fund
