Daniela Marzavan
Daniela Marzavan is a polyglot lecturer and a ‘pracademic’: Half practitioner, half academic.
After infusing deisgnerly thinking to hundreds of design and engineering students for almost a decade (at HTW Berlin and ELISAVA Barcelona) since 2021 she focuses on executive MBA education at ESCP Berlin, Kristiania University Oslo and ASE Bucharest.
As an academic she conducts her doctoral research at the Bauhaus University taking a praxeological approach to Design Thinking and Innovation, currently researching at IADE Lisbon. For her international empirical research, she has been awarded various grants.
As a practitioner she runs a Berlin and Lisbon based internationally acting innovation agency being regarded as an expert in her field. Her team helps foster creativity and innovation for German public sector institutions and infuses Design Thinking as a management practice with corporate clients including VW, BCG, and P&G.
