Prior to GANNI, Lauren worked for 8 years across fashion brands Oasis and Warehouse before switching to the world of organic cosmetics and textiles at NGO, Soil Association, responsible for the development and market growth of certified cosmetics and organic textiles in the UK. Lauren was voted within the Top 25 most influential personalities working in the UK organic beauty industry in 2016 and 2017
