Celebrating its 35th anniversary, Porto Business School takes a further step towards diversity and inclusion by establishing eleven new scholarships.
Through these scholarships, Porto Business School aims to recognise professionals with potential, providing them the opportunity to attend MBA and Postgraduate programmes.
This year, Porto Business School’s scholarship programme includes five categories: "Merit," "Diversity," "Entrepreneurship," "Sustainability," and "Financial Support."
The Scholarships
This programme grants several types of scholarships with the goal of recognising candidates of excellence in the academic and/or professional dimensions. On one hand, the Dean's Scholarship aims to value candidates with an outstanding academic and/or professional background. On the other hand, the Merit scholarship aims to recognise candidates who manifest potential and academic and professional excellence.
The fields of STEM and Arts and Humanities value candidates with a remarkable path in these areas.
In the Diversity category, Porto Business School intends to acknowledge candidates from different parts of the world (Going Global Scholarship) and women who aspire to grow professionally (Women Leaders Scholarship). Also, within the Diversity category, Porto Business School aims to value Portuguese and Portuguese descendants living abroad (Diáspora Scholarship) and young professionals with high potential to take over leadership positions (Young Leaders Scholarship).
Porto Business School also offers different types of scholarships for candidates who aspire to invest in projects in the fields of Entrepreneurship and Sustainability. Furthermore, considering the financial challenges faced by candidates, Porto Business School also promotes the Financial Support Scholarship.

Scholarships allow students to have access to internationally recognised quality education, enabling them to make a positive contribution to society's development."
What do you need to know before applying?
Candidates who have already started their application process for the desired program (MBA or Postgraduate) are eligible for Porto Business School’s scholarships.
The deadline for submitting applications is July 15th, 2023, until 11:59 pm.
