The Class
It is an immersive experience you live. If you live it fully, it might open new doors and broaden your perspective. The International MBA was my entry point to shift my career towards digital business transformation.
With a background in Arts and the creative industries, my first goal was to improve my management and analytical skills. I wanted to be able to work in another sector. After my MBA, the French group Millésime invited me to become the General Manager of a nice luxury hotel and restaurant in Porto.
I really wanted to learn something new, especially develop my leadership skills and learning about financials, accounting and everything that includes an MBA.
The International MBA has been a game-changer for my career. Midway, I stepped into a new role through the network I built, and working on my Capstone project with Natixis helped me grow as a professional and set even higher goals.

RecommendationsYou will need to nominate two people who know your work to respond to a recommendation survey. They will receive an email from Porto Business School with questions about their profile.

Documents SubmissionTwo essays about yourself and your motivation for pursuing an MBA;– Certificate of Proficiency in English.

PaymentIn order to finish your application, you will need to make a payment of 50€ (Paypal or Credit/Debit card).

InterviewYour application will be evaluated and you will be invited for an interview. The interview will last approximately 30 minutes.

Accreditations
With three international accreditations – AMBA (Association of MBAs), AACSB, and EFMD – Porto Business School is ranked among the top business schools in Europe. In 2023, the school renewed its AMBA accreditation for another five years and received the BGA (Business Graduates Association) accreditation, becoming the first Portuguese business school to achieve this recognition.
